How do I order?
Ordering from Djembe Drum Shop is easy. Simply choose the instrument of your choice, click “Add to Cart”, and proceed to the checkout when finished. Our ordering process is a simple, 5-step checkout that is completely safe and secure.
Can I order by phone?
You can only order online at this time.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We don’t have a minimum order requirement. You can order as little, or as much as you like!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card via secure online payment processing facilities provided by PayPal and Google Checkout. If you have a PayPal account you can also pay using the funds from your account, simply log into your PayPal account when prompted during the checkout process.
Returns and Exchanges
What is you returns and exchanges policy?
If you decide to return your drum, you only do so if all the following requirements are met:
1) The item must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.
2) You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.
3) You MUST contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item
How will I receive my refund?
Providing you meet the requirements outlined in the policy you can either:
1) Receive the full amount for the amount – minus our shipping and handling costs – as store credit
OR
2) Cash refund less 15% restocking fee and our shipping and handling costs

Shipping
When will by order be posted?
Providing the items you order are in stock, orders will leave the warehouse within three working days. If an item is out of stock, or will take longer to be shipped, we will contact you as soon as possible.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Larger orders will be shipped via a courier of our choice.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs £8.95 on standard orders. On orders over £350, you will receive free delivery – if shipped to UK mainland only.
Do you ship internationally?
We are more than happy to ship to mainland Europe but you will be charged more for shipping. These costs are added at the checkout and are determined by your exact locations. For shipment to elsewhere in the world, please contact us to find out shipping costs.
